Prawn & ’nduja pasta
This super-easy dinner with spicy ‘nduja and juicy king prawns packs a powerful peppery punch. Great for a Friday night supper or dinner party starter.

Ingredients
- 300 g No.1 Mafaldine
- 20 g Cooks’ Ingredients ’Nduja Paste
- 1 clove/s garlic
- 150 g pack cooked king prawns
- 20 g pack chives
- 90 g pack wild rocket

Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted water according to pack instructions.

Meanwhile, place the ’nduja and garlic into a small saucepan and cook gently for 3-4 minutes, breaking up the ’nduja with a spatula until the garlic has softened.

Add a ladleful of pasta cooking water to the ’nduja pan with the prawns, then simmer for 3-4 minutes until the prawns are piping hot.

Drain the pasta, then return to the pan. Add the chives, rocket and prawn sauce, then mix it all together until the rocket wilts a little and everything is piping hot. Divide between wide bowls and serve.
